Ingredients
- 0.25 cup butter (unsalted ideally)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.75 cups parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces (half box) fettuccine
Notes
- Obviously, salt the sauce.
- Pepper in the sauce is nice too.
Procedure
- Begin boiling water for pasta, begin cooking when boiling
- Melt butter and cream over medium or medium-low heat
- Continue cooking at this temperature until mixture begins to bubble
- Simmer for around 15 minutes or until reduced
- Remove from heat, and cheese, and mix
