Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (two sticks)
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 2.5 cups flour
Procedure
- Cream butter and sugar
- Add peanut butter and mix
- Add baking soda, baking powder, and eggs, then mix
- Add flour in 1 cup (or smaller) increments until all is added and combined
- Cover and let dough sit for a while (optional)
- Bake at 375°F for around 11–12 minutes
- Time varies based on cookie size
- Let sit on baking sheet for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack
