Wrappers
Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup water
Procedure
- Crack eggs into water and scramble
- Pour egg/water mixture into flour
- Stir mixture
- Knead manually or with mixer until smooth
- Let dough rest for 10 minutes
- Roll dough until fairly thin
- Cut circles approximately 3 inches in diameter
- Put a small amount of filling in the center of each circle, then stretch dough around filling to seal
- Optionally crimp with a fork
- Boil until pierogi float, then a bit longer if desired
